Titanium Anodize has been around since 1923 it is not a new process.  There are many organizations globally that perform this type of processing and overall, they are very similar but not the same.

Remember:  There are a lot of Cola’s in the world but there is only 1 Coca-Cola.

This presentation will give brief information on basic processes for Titanium Anodize, both Type II and Color.   Explaining what these chemical processes are and how they are used on devices for corrosion resistance, increased fatigue strength, surface finish improvement and product identification.  The assumption is made that those in attendance already have a general understanding of what Titanium anodize is.

This presentation is being given by Danco Medical and will cover elements of our anodize process that differentiate us and make us standout from other anodize services.

We want everyone to be able to take away something from this presentation.  Hopefully it will be to utilize Danco Medical for the processing of your product.  But above all – what should you expect or your organization and your supplier to ensure that you have a safe and reliable product being supplied to the market.

Remember:  The end user could be you or someone you know or love with and implant in their body, or you might be sitting on that plane.  What risk are you willing to take?
