Holder of 5 different patents and author of multiple books - Mr Bredmose is a certified expert when it comes to probiotics industry.

Majored in Food Science and Technology at the National University of Singapore. For final year dissertation, worked on “the biovalorisation of market surplus bread for development of functional beverages”, and patented for the method and products invented from the project.
